Each class is formatted in the same way. The class intro will include introduction
to your class mates, instructors, reason for class, locations of muster points and first aid kit.
Then we will conduct a thorough warm up including cardio and mobility phases followed by a quick game to get you warm and ready for action. We have a quick drink of water and get ready to move.
We then work hard for a total of 30 minutes with ether 1 or 2 breaks depending on the class type.
5 minute abs is 5 different ab exercises each one we perform for one minute at a time. We then put you through some thorough stretching to help with muscle soreness.
